Reach Forklift OperatorJoin our team as a Reach Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of food products for major companies. You will be responsible for efficiently managing raw ingredients and packaging supplies, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities:Operate Reach Forklift to move raw materials and finished goodsMaintain accurate inventory using ERP systemsFollow FIFO procedures for storage and shippingKeep warehouse areas clean and organizedWork in a cold environment (45F and below)Essential Skills:High school diploma or equivalentForklift certificationReach Truck experiencePrevious work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industryAvailable to work overtime and weekends on a seasonal basis.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Self-driven to address problems and find solutions head-onWillingness to rotate through different machine center areas throughout shiftSelf-starter able to conceptualize and drive initiatives forwardPositive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of the teamAble to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCreative problem-solving skillsObsessive attention to detail, well organized, and able to juggle many projects at onceComfortable moving at a fast pace and in ambiguous environmentsPassionate about foodWilling to address difficult situations head on with patience and respectJob Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
