Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches.**All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address**ResponsibilitiesYou will:Supervise inventory control and accuracy for the facilityLead a team of 4 to 5 Inventory Control Associates, provide staff development and trainingMaintain the physical inventoryImprove controlsIdentify operational issuesConsistently execute the cycle count program to ensure inventory and location accuracyValidate the accuracy of products transferred between facilitiesResearch and resolve discrepanciesMonitor adjustments in the warehouse management systemForecast potential inventory issuesCollaborate with other departments to ensure efficienciesQualificationsYou have:3+ years of direct inventory control experience, ideally in distribution operations1+ years of supervisory experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentExperience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systemsStrong communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
