Additionally, you will see first-hand how our capital markets are impacted by local and global events in this fast-moving, dynamic industry.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience over the telephoneDiscuss Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAsCreate business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in the capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactionsDocument all client interactions and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activitiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsA valid and active Series 7 and Series 63Strong compliance record in prior position(s) and ability to hold a registration in all 50 statesAbility to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environmentCapacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changeAbility to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests as well as identify opportunities to deepen client relationshipsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience2 years of relevant financial services or brokerage experienceFlexibility, self-motivation, coachability, and passionate for helping peopleExcellent communication and customer service skills, ability to display a high level of professionalism, and ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client baseAdditional InformationMust be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm during training and/or licensing. Following training, transition to a hybrid environment, where team members work in the office three days a week and work remote two days.Department is open the following hours: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 8 PM EST, Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM EST. The working hours for this role will be assigned and may fall into any of the department operating hours. Candidate may be required to work non-standard schedule (example: four 10 hour days vs. five 8 hour days)
