Your mission is ours.Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Logistics/Supply Chain intern for our Cape Canaveral site. This candidate supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based warehouse environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, equipment and facilities engineering, material management.Basic Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management or related major in an accredited school.This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.Desired Skills:Strong Analytical SkillsStrong Interpersonal SkillsStrong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)Proficient with Microsoft Office ProductsUnderstanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Understanding of SAP/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)Other Important Information You Should Know:Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
