Customer Service RepDomino's Pizza in Ofallon, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive. As the face of our restaurant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from order to delivery.Responsibilities include:Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyProcess cash and credit card transactions with precisionPrepare and make pizzas according to company standardsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restockingHandle and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.Adhere to food safety practices and maintain high standards of cleanlinessQualifications include:Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTeam player mentality with a positive attitudeComputer literacy for processing orders and handling transactionsExcellent multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of food safety practicesPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededPrevious customer service experience is a plusMust be able to pass a criminal background checkAbility to work at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive, OfallonAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino's Pizza, Inc.
