Location: Central NJ and North NJ


Clear PEO is a leading provider of professional employer organization (PEO) services, specializing in comprehensive HR solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for driving new business growth in the Central NJ and North NJ regions.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments and demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' HR and employee management challenges.

- Present and promote Clear PEO's comprehensive suite of PEO services to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in employment regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the HR, PEO, or related industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

- Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions and value propositions.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
