Job Title: Epic Cadence / ADT Application Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Woburn, MA

Duration: 3+ month contract


Day to Day Tasks:

  • Work on Tickets for Cadence/Referrals
  • Appt Conversion, Post appt conversion support
  • Work with Analysts for anything Cadence/Referrals
  • Work with Project Analysts to assist them on their Cadence and Referral Needs.


Key Knowledge:

Scheduling, Service level auths, ASA Table knowledge and experience, Appt Conversion, Go Lives


  • Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude build
  • Work directly with all applications teams to ensure that interface builds stays on track according to project timelines and delivers the specified interface scope
  • Escalate any issues or risks to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude Access Director immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks
  • Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned for the successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications
