Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Installation Coordinator to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Electrical Installation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • for the safe and effective completion of electrical installation work on a project
  • appropriate coordination with other coordinators/supervisors responsible for interrelated work or work that is happening concurrently in the same general location
  • technical and/or experience-based advice on electrical installation approach, technique, best practices or other to ensure on time delivery at required quality level
  • in project wide subcontractor meetings, team coordination meetings, schedule meetings, etc. as required
  • between project management, engineering, and other installation coordinators to ensure that overall project objectives are attainable and are achieved
  • the installation of electrical scopes of work for a project
  • This position will require 90% or more travel.
  • Conform to company Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies, any environmental laws, regulations, standards, and other requirements such as permits to operate.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience with industrial electrical installation, working with electrical and mechanical contractors.
  • A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Must have a Journeyman Inside Wireman license.
  • Have very good written and verbal communication skills; including the utilization of MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and docs with ability to mark-up, update, revise PDF drawings with observations/comments.
  • Have a valid US Driver License.
  • Must be able to legally work in USA and be able to pass drug tests and training necessary to access customer work locations. Travel to the project site is required. Performance of duties is required to be done onsite.
