Grosinger, Spigelman & Grey is a state-of-the-art eye care practice located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, near the communities of Troy and Birmingham. Our vision correction experts have been providing quality eye surgery for more than 25 years. We strive to provide patients with a full range of eye care services through laser vision correction, cataract surgery, and other procedures. We have helped thousands of people eliminate or reduce their dependence on glasses.

Candidate Qualifications:
Education and Licensure:
- Completion of a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program. Possess a valid and unrestricted optometry license in the state of Michigan or be eligible for licensure.
Clinical Competence:
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, and providing pre-and post-operative care. Experience with specialty testing and imaging technologies is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle a diverse patient population, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proven ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and pursue continuing education opportunities.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to optometry practice. Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set forth by the state board of optometry.
