As the Senior Associate, Management Service Organization (MSO) Marketing, the cross-division efforts of the MSO & Independent Practice Association (IPA) business segment and will serve as a critical conduit to the Product Marketing team and select business partners, facilitating seamless communication and strategic alignment.This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating localized strategies that connect deeply with patients and caregivers.Key Role FunctionsStrategic Leadership & PlanningSupport the development of comprehensive and scalable resources aimed at empowering our affiliate partners with tools that enable them to grow their practices, independentlyOversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, and adjusting based on performance data and feedback from stakeholdersUse data and insights to evaluate full-funnel marketing impact and inform future strategy, including forecasting, budget management and performance optimizationInsights & IntelligenceLeverage advanced analytics, market research and predictive modeling to uncover emerging opportunities and risks across marketsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide enterprise-level decision making and long-term growth strategiesChampion test & learn culture that empowers the execution team to experiment, refine and scale approaches with evidence-driven outcomesStakeholder & Partner ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impactServe as the key relationship owner to senior business leaders, driving value in partnership, strategic planning, thoughtful stakeholder engagement and insightful performance analysisBuild strong partnerships with market and operational leaders to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in local prioritiesImpactThis role is critical to expanding CenterWell's reach and resonance in communities across the country.
