Position SummaryThe Reach Truck Driver is responsible for operating a reach truck and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and overall warehouse organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a reach truck, stand-up forklift, and pallet jack safely and efficiently.Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials according to company procedures.Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain product integrity while handling pallets.Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas.Follow all safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures.Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and general warehouse tasks as needed.Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors.Qualifications1+ year experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.Valid forklift certification (company or onsite certification may be provided).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to speak Spanish (bilingual preferred).Must have steel toe boots for all shifts.Knowledge of warehouse systems, RF scanners, and inventory processes preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.SkillsSafe operation of reach trucks and powered industrial trucksGood communication and teamworkTime management and organizational skillsBasic math and reading comprehensionReliability and strong work ethicMinutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
