With expertise in both business processes and technology, they empower clients to optimize trading platforms, enhance operational efficiency, and navigate complex market demands.ABOUT THE ROLEOur Client is seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on Allegro ETRM system experience to join their dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across client engagements. The successful candidate will thrive in complex stakeholder environments, bringing expertise in system implementation, business process improvement, and solution delivery.RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather, document, and analyze business requirementsEvaluate current-state and future-state processes to identify system and functional gapsTranslate business needs into clear documentation for application and technology teamsTroubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure seamless user experienceRecommend enhancements to improve business processes, reporting, and application functionalityConduct market and client research, including industry analysis and competitive assessmentsDeliver high-quality consulting outputs such as presentations, reports, and proposalsContribute to reusable methodologies, templates, and business cases for future engagementsSupport project planning and assist with scripting tasksQUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a consulting environmentHands-on Allegro ETRM experience including implementation, configuration, and customizationStrong knowledge of project lifecycles from strategy through go-liveProven skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentationExperience leading user testing, training, and post-implementation supportExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectivelyBackground in energy, power, or financial services industriesExperience producing compelling proposals and managing complex project plansBachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldAdvanced degree is a plus
