A team player who is comfortable working together with employees from Modern or other trades and managing materials, the job site and communication with GC's/CM's. A positive attitude is a must AA/EOEResponsibilitiesProfessionally interact with customers, other trades and clearly communicate work orders and statuses.Communicate with GC's/CM's daily including job specific forms and safety items and Project Manager.Manage job site material, orders, employee tasks, forms, etc.Plan the layout of HVAC piping, using drawingsAssemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipmentInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power toolsPerform maintenance of water supply systemsInstall and maintain gas and liquid heating systemsQualificationsValid CT Plumbing License P1, P2Minimum 5 year of professional experienceValid CT Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipmentVast Knowledge of Plumbing CodesBenefits/PerksCompetitive Starting Salary based on ExperiencePaid VacationPaid HolidaysMedical / Dental/ Vision Insurance available401k PlansOvertime AvailabilityCompensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hourIf you're looking for a career that offers flexibility, job stability, strong compensation, and more, then you've come to the right place The industry needs youThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
