Job TitleDirectly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. Responsible for the efficient operation, profitability, supervision of a specific branch(es) or department(s) while assuring customer satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the efficient operation, profitability, supervision of a specific branch(es) or department(s) while assuring customer satisfactionSeen as the individual in charge and serves as the go-to person for a variety of issues needing escalationSupervises the day-to-day activities of employees responsible for operational tasksAligns branch goals with business unit goals by monitoring branch metrics and providing recommendations to leadership for change based on branch resultsProvides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or individual contributorsAccountable for the performance and results of multiple related teamsDevelops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational prioritiesDecisions are guided by resource availability and Stewart objectivesApplies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize department performanceGuided by functional or regional business plans, impacts the department results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies Identifies and solves complex, operational and organizational problems leveraging resources within or outside the departmentPersuades managers and leaders to take action and/or negotiates with external partners/vendors/customersManages multiple related teams, sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual planEducationBachelor's degree in relevant field preferredExperienceTypically requires 8+ years of related work experienceEqual Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
