Brand Specialist - Walnut Creek, CABeauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with our Field Team servicing doors across North America. Beauty Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provides in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more We have over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada. We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands' needs and distance willing to travel.Job Duties:Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams.Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.Execute interactive product demonstrations.Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.Provide critical feedback through survey responses.Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years beauty retail experiencePassionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.Must be available on weekends.Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.What's in it for you?We hire employees, not just freelancersCompetitive PayAccrue PTOHealth Insurance (when applicable)Full Scheduling SupportBrand Founder AppearancesElevated product Education & TrainingWork with multiple brands & retailers in multiple categories of beautyOpportunities to grow with a company that is growing 111% year after yearLive our Company Core ValuesObsessed with success | We over-deliver.
