Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Capitol Heights, MD. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the day-to-day creation of graphics, branding, typography, and other design elements across multiple mediums.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and design marketing materials, including websites, brochures, email blast, social media graphics, and print ads.
  • Work with teams to understand their needs and translate them into visual concepts.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to create and edit graphics.
  • Write copy for marketing materials, including website landing pages, brochures, and social media posts.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and software.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Pre-press print and web production experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to write clear and concise copy.
  • Experience with social media copywriting.
