Lead Paint Removal SpecialistWe are seeking a dedicated Lead Paint Removal Specialist to join our team for a restoration project of a communication tower. The role involves the safe removal of lead paint and requires adherence to strict safety protocols. The project is located in Hillcrest and is expected to last for 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension.Responsibilities:Remove lead paint from an old cell tower in accordance with safety regulations.Move materials as required for the project.Wear a half-face respirator during work to ensure safety.Participate in the restoration of a communication tower, focusing on the removal of lead paint.Essential Skills:Lead Worker or Lead Supervisor Certification.Experience in paint removal.Knowledge and application of fall protection measures.Additional Skills & Qualifications:General labor and construction experience.Fall Protection certification is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a team dedicated to safety and excellence in restoration projects.
