Position Overview

The Order Fulfillment Lead will serve as the point of contact between the company and its 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) to maintain a smooth order fulfillment process. The Order Fulfillment Lead at Pedego loves working with processes, is detail oriented and enjoys working cross-divisionally to solve problems

Core Duties:

  • Order processing: verify is approved according to company policies, and ensure proper upload of the order details to the 3PL system
  • Responsible for managing the ordering activity for the organization, including timely and accurate processing of all orders submitted to the 3PL
  • Track and manage backorders, and submit to the 3PL when inventory becomes available
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to communication to/from customers regarding their orders
  • As needed, work closely with the Invoicing team to generate the invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Aide in customer shipping claim and product returns

Experience:

  • Prior experience with Order Entry, Order Review and/or Sales Operations
  • Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with necessary parties to ensure orders flow through fulfillment as expected
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Process orientated with a high attention to detail
  • Return and/or international shipping label creation knowledge
  • Ability to think quickly and communicate clearly
  • Strong experience with various systems such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Google sheets and MS suite

Education:

  • University degree with at least 3 years’ experience in order fulfillment
