Target Qualifications

  • 7+ years of total experience with some combination of investment banking and execution work with an alternatives investments platform; buyside experience is required
  • Proven experience leading multiple private equity, mezzanine debt, or unitranche investments in middle market business across multiple industries is a must - this is a search for a deal "quarterback" with a track record of closing investments
  • An existing network of contacts to source sponsor or non-sponsor debt investments a plus but not required
  • 1-2 years of investment banking analyst experience preferred
  • An MBA from a top 25 institution or a CFA charter preferred
