Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment. Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.QualificationsMust be at least 16 years old to apply. Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail.
