In collaboration with our esteemed client, we're seeking a Marketing Specialist who embodies a passion for learning and a hunger for growth. This role will primarily focus on email marketing campaigns, social media management, and seamless coordination with sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will possess around 2 years of experience, preferably in a B2B setting, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills with a knack for crafting tailored messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including nurture/targeting campaigns and engagement sequences.
  • Create compelling copy tailored to various audience segments and personas.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Support social media management, including content creation and coordination with graphic design team.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience, as well as keep an eye on competitor activity.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo Marketing & Sales platforms, and various social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook) to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to understand workflow processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
  • Experience with social media management and monitoring tools.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about project controls industry.
