Digital Marketing Manager FAT Brands is a leading global franchising company that strategically acquires, markets, and develops fast casual, quick-service, casual dining, and polished casual dining concepts around the world. The Company currently owns 18 restaurant brands: Round Table Pizza, Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli's, Twin Peaks, Great American Cookies, Smokey Bones, Hot Dog on a Stick, Buffalo's Cafe & Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, Elevation Burger, Native Grill & Wings, Yalla Mediterranean, Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses and co-brand concepts. We franchise and own over 2,300 units worldwide. Our dedicated support teams in operations, IT, purchasing, design, and marketing are committed to helping our franchisees succeed. What We're Looking For: The FAT Brands Digital Marketing Team is seeking a highly adaptable, analytical, and performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to support campaign performance analysis, online ordering growth, and digital marketing programs across our portfolio of brands. This multi-functional role will report to the VP of Marketing Revenue Channels and collaborate across the broader digital marketing team to support program launches and optimizations, deliver actionable insights, channel-level performance reports, and ongoing support for CRM, loyalty, and online ordering. Primary Responsibilities: Support digital initiatives, including new feature launches, vendor platform transitions, and brand-specific growth initiatives Collaborate with brand marketing teams to improve online ordering sales through menu optimization, upsell strategies, and digital experience enhancements Manage campaign and channel performance reporting - including dashboards, weekly summaries, and post-campaign recaps - to support decision-making across brands Analyze digital channel performance across email, SMS, loyalty, and online ordering; identify trends, opportunities, and gaps to improve revenue and guest engagement Assist with store listings management by coordinating updates, audits, and accuracy checks across digital platforms Provide franchisees with digital marketing guidance, including platform troubleshooting, education on best practices, and onboarding coordination Monitor digital KPIs by brand (e.g., AOV, conversion rate, offer redemption, frequency), flag performance concerns, and prepare insights for internal stakeholders Stay up to date with evolving trends in restaurant digital marketing, loyalty, email/SMS engagement, and performance analytics Required Education & Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing, CRM, or analytics experience in a restaurant, retail, or multi-brand environment Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred Strong analytical mindset with experience working in dashboards, campaign recaps, or marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Punchh, Olo, Attentive) Comfortable interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights across multiple stakeholders Familiarity with digital platforms like Olo, CRM/loyalty tools, and performance KPIs Excellent project coordination, communication, and time management skills Proactive problem-solver who can juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and support a fastpaced marketing environment Experience supporting franchisees is a plus This is a full-time remote position FAT Brands is proud to offer a dynamic and exciting work environment with potential for growth.
