We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with our Group homes.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Must be a licensed LPN in the state of Florida
* Minimum of one years’ experience with the developmentally disabled and/or pediatrics preferred
* Experience working in a Group Home setting is a plus
* CPR Certification and the ability to bend at the waist and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
* Must have follow up skills
* *Partial Job Description:*
* Pour medication and provide and maintain appropriate administration and documentation of medications in the medication and narcotics book.
* Maintain timely, complete and accurate records (to include daily notes, and yearly staff evaluations, etc.).
* Make rounds after report assessing for:

- Proper use of oxygen and evaluating the equipment for sterile use, making sure all corrugated tubing & trach masks are clean and changed as needed.- Child in correct equipment and placed safely and correctly into nighttime position in bed.- House check for infection control problems.- Evaluate individual medical problems outlined in report completing O2 sats as needed.

Pay: $27.00 per hour
