Client Services Associate Responsibilities:

Serve external and internal customers by understanding their needs or requests and delivering service with kindness, accuracy and efficiency all while maintaining company policies, guidelines and systems.

  • Greet and assist clients
  • Notify internal team of incoming clients, and direct drivers to the proper operating scale
  • Update logistics status trackers
  • Create and maintain QuickBooks/ Rematter vendor and customer information
  • Assist with monthly payment purchase orders, collections and invoices
  • Partner with Office Manager, Maintenance Manager and Human Resources on updates and projects that may need assistance
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned


Client Services Associate Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, preferred
  • 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, preferably in QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to and help as-needed in other front office areas
