Role Overview: 

Join us as a Founding Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative platform. You will not only design and implement vital components of our system but also lead them, gaining expert knowledge and authority over your domain. Collaborating closely with our CTO and CEO, you will influence high-level technical decisions and actively participate in design and product strategy discussions. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancement in AI and machine learning within heavy industry. 

  


Responsibilities: 

  • Spearhead the technical development of our MVP AI-driven knowledge platform, focusing on automating operational workflows in the Oil & Gas sector. 
  • Collaborate intimately with founders and product contractors to ensure our vision aligns with market needs. 
  • Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, and testing. 
  • Mentor and nurture talent, fostering an environment that prioritizes innovation and collaborative success. 
  • Remain at the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and related technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor in defining the product roadmap and technological strategies. 

  

 

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer; expertise in AI highly advantageous. 
  • Demonstrated ability in enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SaaS products. 
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices. 
  • Leadership experience with teams developing externally facing products, with a track record of successful project completion. 
  • At least 5 years of programming experience in Python, Java, React, or similar technologies. 
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with prior startup experience highly desired. 
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial. 

  

Desirable Skills:  

  • Experience in Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs). 
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain. 
  • Extensive knowledge in managing large-scale projects on AWS, including EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, and more.
