Description:Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

 High School Diploma or equivalent

 2 years of experience as an Inventory Specialist

 2 years of experience in a technical, professional & warehouse environment


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training Skills:
  •  Strong understanding of Supply Chain Logistics
  •  Experience in Asset Management/Warehouse Environment
  •  Proficiency with Inventory Management databases
  •  Proficiency in handling operational issues effectively and understanding escalation, communication, and crisis management
  •  Proven planning, delegating, and organizational skills
  •  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment
  •  Ability to coordinate, oversee, and deliver on multiple IT Supply Chain efforts, simultaneously
  •  Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a complex environment with high security standards
  •  Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment and leverage best practice
  •  Ability to function under potentially high stress and challenging situation
  •  Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environment
  •  Ability to Troubleshoot and assist with Hardware support and desktop support
  •  Familiarity with different operating systems, GUIs and remote software
  •  Adhere to relevant policies and regulations at all times and demonstrate a commitment to safety and ensuring legal/regulatory compliance
  •  Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Access, Outlook)
  •  Overall knowledge of all Windows based operating systems including Windows 10/11
  •  Familiarity with workflow and with ticketing systems Language/Communication Skills/Physical Abilities
  •  Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
  •  Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship to the company
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  •  A+ certification a plus
  •  Travel as required
