Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, with the ability to effectively represent our clients in employment-related legal disputes. This is a challenging and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of employment litigation matters and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in employment related legal disputes, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal arguments
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs- Prepare for and attend hearings and trials
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the CA bar and in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in employment law and litigation
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of success in litigating employment cases
  • Experience with trial and appellate work a plus
