Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to assist in the management and execution of IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, track milestones, manage resources, and ensure clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior team members.

• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and progress updates.

• Track and report project milestones, risks, and issues to the IT Project Manager.

• Manage project resources, including scheduling meetings, allocating tasks, and maintaining issue logs.

• Maintain project budgets and track expenses, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.

• Utilize project management tools to update and monitor project progress.

• Provide administrative support for IT project initiatives as needed.

• Support the testing and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring user training and documentation are complete.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related administrative role.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT or technology-related projects.

• Knowledge of project budget management and tracking tools.

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certifications are a plus.
