- They provide strategic solutions for both enforcing and defending against copyright, trademark, and entertainment-related litigation claims.

- Qualified candidates will have at least two to five years of trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling experience, including significant experience with drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and overall litigation and counseling strategy. Trial experience is a plus.
- Direct responsibility will be required in the following areas: drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda and correspondence for use in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings; drafting and responding to complex discovery requests; conferring, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel; preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions; preparing for and presenting oral argument at hearings; preparing for trial, including preparing exhibit lists, evidentiary objections, motions in limine and witness preparation and preparing appellate briefs.
