APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify an EVS SupervisorLocation: Arlington, VA 22205Position: EVS SupervisorPay Rate: $32.66/hourDuration: 26 weeks Possible temp to perm opportunityExpected Shift: Night 5x8-Hour (10:00pm - 06:30am)Purpose & Scope:Environmental Services Supervisor is a working role in leading the work activities of cleaning personnel in their assigned area. Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital.Assists the shift Operations Manager in maintaining high quality standards of housekeeping within set forth performance standards. Keeps leadership fully informed on the immediate condition of all assigned areas as it relates to staffing and cleanliness, in addition to ongoing training, supervising, and motivating department personnel to ensure all schedules are covered.This role will be supervising roughly 14 employees. The facility is looking for a working floor tech supervisor helping to shampooing carpet, scrub and stripping floors as well.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Experience:One year of healthcare or hotel housekeeping experience is required.Demonstrated leadership ability is preferred.Other QualificationsAbility to read, write and understand both verbal and written instructions.Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.This particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of vaccination.
