Interim Director Hospice/Homecare

COORS Leadership Capital is looking for an experienced Hospice and Homecare Leader. The Hospice and Homecare Executive Director would be responsible for all aspects of quality and service provided to the hospice/ home care patient, this role’s oversight includes provision of care, regulatory compliance, leadership, growth, and profitability of the division.
Qualifications for this position are listed below:
- Must be a licensed Hospice Administrator, also prefer licensure as a Home Health Administrator
- Two years of home care management experience.
- Two years of administrative and supervisory experience with at least one year experience in a community health environment.
- Knowledge of Hospice/Home Care regulatory requirements preferred.
- Experienced with budgetary responsibilities, including budget development and monitoring.
- Experience in overseeing marketing and program development in the health care arena preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image.
- Demonstrated computer skills including office applications, internet, and e-mail communications.
- Knowledge of Medicare highly desirable.
- Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.
