Your Important Role:

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate closely with students, employing both direct and indirect methods to foster progress and development.
  • Demonstrate skills and provide instruction through impactful modeling and teaching techniques.
  • Coordinate with teachers, SAI educators, and school POCs to streamline behavioral support strategies.
  • Manage and organize Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and 504 plans.
  • Attend IEP meetings to contribute insights and recommendations.
  • Design and implement programs aligned with IEP goals to maximize student success.
  • Maintain accurate session notes and submit them through designated portals for documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive quarterly progress reports to track and communicate student advancements effectively.


Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • School-based experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in special education is preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Bay Area as needed.
  • BLS certification (assistance provided by Covelo Group).
