It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Duluth, GA The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being the single point of contact for sales representatives, account managers and customers for a variety of customer related issues. This includes providing information in response to requests, effectively resolving inquiries in a timely manner and working with sales, the operation center teams, and vendors to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Your Shift:Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pmOnsite at 1725 Breckinridge Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30096Your Responsibilities:Act as a dedicated (but not exclusive) CSR for every account or assigned Sales Representative or Account ManagerAnticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accuratelyDocument and maintain SOP's as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation centerContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experienceAssist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing and processesAccurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to multiple production facilities for the purpose of providing pricing to the customer and to facilitate timely production of the end productReceive complaints via phone from the sales representatives and/or customers and document details in operating systemMonitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as necessary to ensure product availability for customersDemonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customersRepresent the company and its products in a courteous and professional mannerPartner with sales representatives to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide back-up territory coverage (via phone) in the Sales Representatives' absenceYou Must Have:High school degree or GED (general education degree)4+ years of previous customer service or customer support experienceEffective written communication skills and the ability to create short correspondence and memos for a variety of audiencesEffective verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization in person or via phoneEffective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasksAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsProficient computer skills to include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookWe Would Prefer:Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of company product and services: direct mail and digital print knowledge would be helpfulKnowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of customer service such as estimating, order processing, order editing, outside vendor (mill) relationsAbout Taylor CorporationOne of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
