  • Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, building systems, and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using facility management software and tools
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience managing a diverse team of maintenance staff and contractors
