You'll help meet shift targets and ensure assigned departments meet their goals. The role also includes ensuring customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service while enjoying world-class McDonald's meals. You'll lead both crew and managers during shifts to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
