Then you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with the opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer SatisfactionEstablish customer relationship for water mitigation servicesEducate customers on the water mitigation repair and restoration processWork with customers to understand desired upgrades/changesEnsure that estimates meet client requirements.Project InitiationAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements for a projectCreate an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for water remediation projects.Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgradesWork with the Production Manager to price bid items, if needed.Project PlanningIdentify and document finalized project scope of work.Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimates (i.e Structural Engineers, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, Sub-contractors, etc.)Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates.Deliver and Communicate estimates to Customers and Job File Coordinators.Crew and Job Site ManagementOversee production crews comprised of Crew Chiefs, Technicians, and additional laborEnsure job site reflects the scope of work and progresses timely according to industry standard and/or customer specificationsTrain production crew members on water mitigation processes according to industry standardsNecessary Experience and Skill Set2 years previous restoration field experience1 year previous restoration estimating and/or insurance adjusting experienceIICRC WRT and ASD certifiedSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationAdvanced math skillsProficient use of Xactimate estimating softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam PlayerMust have a good driving recordFormal Education/TrainingPhysical and Work Environment RequirementsWalking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. MondayFriday, 45+ hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.Pay Rate Starts at $50,000-60,000 based on experience, with the possibility of bonus pay and increases based on merit.SERVPRO of Washington, DC & Bethesda/Potomac is an EOE M/F/D/V employerEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
