Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about challenging the status quo and striving to be best in class.As a Vice President in the Risk and Compliance Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will contribute to comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, support initiatives in report automation, dashboard development, and process improvement, and play a key role in business reviews and decision-making on operating expenses and headcount. Your financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across teams will be essential to your success.Job ResponsibilitiesManage core financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial close, incoming allocations and management reporting.Proactively engage stakeholders across the broader finance and business management organization to develop monthly financial forecast and annual budget.Conduct monthly financial reviews, providing clear explanations of financial and headcount variances.Develop ad-hoc financial analytics to support business priorities and inform management decision-making.Support the execution of cost allocation methodologies to facilitate accurate distribution of expenses across business units and functions.Partner, and in some cases oversee, junior FP&A team members work, supporting their development and facilitating timely, high-quality delivery.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills7+ years of relevant experience with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Proficient in enterprise financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.Advanced PowerPoint skills for preparing presentations that communicate financial insights and recommendations to management.Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.Demonstrated judgment and discretion in handling sensitive financial information, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Experience supervising and mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional development.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx).Experience with SAP, Oracle, Annaplan, or Databricks.JPMorgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
