As a Senior Specialist, Technology Operations, you will be responsible for leading top-level technical escalations across the existing IT team while supporting and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based systems and applications. This role provides hands-on ownership of cloud technologies including O365 and Azure, and takes a lead role in M&A integrations. This is a predominately remote position that does require the candidate to live within a commutable distance and availability to travel into the office located in Vincennes, Indiana as needed.In this role, you will...Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems; be responsible for network changes and reconfigurationsLead server management including Active Directory, O365, Azure, HyperV, and other infrastructure security platformsAssist the information security team with security related tasks, projects, and initiativesPerform Tier 3 assistance to other help desk staff to resolve more complex issues. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $44,816 - $76,076 annually.
