Amazon Delivery DriverBest Logistics & Transport is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We deliver packages and smiles to people within our community daily. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team, as a delivery driver, delivering Amazon packages.As a Delivery Associate for Best Logistics & Transport, you will be on the front lines working directly with our customers and members of your community. It would be your job to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are safely delivered on time at the right place.Seasonal Opportunity for OVERTIME (time and a half pay)Weekly Safety/Metric Incentives/BonusWe offer full and part-time opportunities.Company Vehicle Provided No CDL RequiredApproximate hours are 7:30 am to 7:00 pmShifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.Delivery Driver Duties and ResponsibilitiesInteract in a positive and a professional manner with customers and general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail, and business locationsAdhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the roadUse handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstaclesEnsure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all timesAdhere to all DOT on the road standardsUphold medical card paperworkMay assist in training other team membersDelivery Driver climbs in and out of van, and walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditionsFlexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to traffic from on road congestion, construction, or other factorsBasic Delivery Driver QualificationsPossess a valid drivers license in the state of New YorkProficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnelPreferred QualificationsHolds high ethical standards at all timesProven track record of reliabilityPrior professional delivery driving experiencePrior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalismExcellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independentlyDemonstrate strong communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitudeAbility to work with a team in a fast paced, ever changing environmentDelivery Driver Job RequirementsAbility to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours longAbility to operate and navigate a large cargo van and/or a small box truckAbility to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 100 pounds eachCapable of moving up and down stairsPossess a valid drivers license in the state of residenceCompensation & BenefitsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.50 - $24.00 per hourPaid TrainingPaid OvertimeHealth Insurance and BenefitsPaid Time OffBasic RequirementsEligible to work in the U.SAt least 21 years of ageSuccessfully pass a pre-employment 5 panel drug testDOT medical card requiredValid Drivers LicenseIMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE for Amazon Delivery Driver**We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
