Join our Austin, TX team as we seek an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee our projects. With a robust pipeline of ongoing and upcoming ventures ranging from $50 to $300 million in the greater San Antonio area, this role promises dynamic challenges and growth opportunities.

The role you will play: Project Coordination & Safety


  • Maintain safety standards, execute safety planning, and document safety procedures on assigned projects.
  • Develop project plans, execute pre-job plans, and determine construction techniques.
  • Create and maintain Site Utilization Plans.
  • Manage CPM baseline preparation, schedule updates, and narratives.
  • Coordinate equipment requirements with Project Manager.
  • Ensure progress aligns with work installed through monthly sub pay app reviews.
  • Expedite vendors and subcontractors, identify and resolve construction issues, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate time-keeping and cost records.
  • Manage Quality Control Program and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Foster team performance, support career growth, and facilitate crucial conversations for employee development.



Requirements:


  • Minimum 7 years of Superintendent experience on commercial projects exceeding $50 million, overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Demonstrated proficiency in safety management, project planning, and quality assurance.
  • Strong capabilities in scheduling, equipment oversight, and cost control.
