CA Technical Sales Specialist

Companion Animal Sales RepresentativeTo achieve the companion animal sales objective and implement the sales plan by well territory management and collaboration with companion animal business unit team.To promote the companion animal product portfolio to maximize the business opportunity in the territory (Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli region).Achievement of sales target:Attain set sales targets through canvassing and promotional activities with customers where applicable.Proactively identify the needs of the customers by frequently visits, recommend appropriate MAHs' portfolio, and create the market demand.Collaborate with companion animal business unit team for the assigned projects where applicable.Territory management:Manage customers to achieve sales target by optimize use of internal resources of marketing and technical within approved territory expense limits.Provide regular after-sales service and on-site technical service to solve customer's problem.Territory sales planning: analyze sales potential by customer segments and channels, allocate resources accordingly and constructively plan time and Company vehicle usage.Market intelligence: Competitors and market intelligence collection and reporting to support the companion animal business plan and marketing plan.Customer relationships: maintain and develop professional relationships with the key customers and local KOLs.Deal with customer complaints and problem solving to support the business.What you must have:Min bachelor diploma in veterinary medicine or animal science At least 3 years' experience as sales rep, technical service, or territory management in pharmaceutical or animal health industry.Has driving license and willing to travel frequently and work in the field independently.Will be based in North Taiwan, better in Taoyuan or Hsinchu cityRequired capabilities (skills, competencies):Communication and negotiation skillCommercial awareness in animal health industryStrong persuasiveness and sales ability with sales analytical skillsCustomer-Focused and strong relationship building skills.Key Account Management skillRequired skills:Account Management, Communication, Coordinating Resources, Country-Specific Expertise, Data Analysis, Delivery Driving, Field Sales Management, Market Analysis, Marketing, New Product Introduction Process, Product Knowledge, Sales Forecasting, Sales Operations, Sales Plan Development, Sales Reporting, Technical Product Sales, Technical Sales, Veterinary Pharmaceutical Sales, Veterinary SciencesPreferred skills:Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERESearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
