Junior Staff AccountantA large healthcare and clinical services provider in Oceanside is hiring a Junior Staff Accountant to join their growing financial team. This role is designed for someone who wants exposure to healthcare financial operations, regulatory reporting, and multi-entity accounting. You will work closely with senior accountants and department managers, gaining experience across billing, reimbursement, expense recognition, and cost tracking.Key responsibilities:Assist with daily and monthly general ledger activitiesSupport reconciliation of patient revenue accounts and third-party paymentsPrepare journal entries and assist with monthly and quarterly closeMaintain accurate financial records and assist with compliance filingsHelp reconcile bank accounts, petty cash funds, and department expendituresAssist with internal audits and documentation required for healthcare reportingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field02 years of accounting experience (healthcare a plus, not required)Strong analytical skills and ability to work with sensitive dataGood communication and organizational abilitiesExcel proficiency and comfortable learning new accounting softwareRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
