Job DescriptionAllied Universal Security is seeking a full time Flex Security Shift Supervisor, with the availability to work all shifts. The site is a major automaker in Livonia, MI.Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 training, such as confined space rescue, incipient fire fighting, hazardous materials training, etc.Candidates must be clean-shaven in order to complete this training.The position starts at $23.84/ hour.The schedule is Sat., & Sun., 6A-2P, & Mon., Tue., & Wed., 2P-10P.Weekly pay and daily pay options available.Security and supervisory experience preferred.Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.Must have a valid driver's license for more than one year.The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.Responsibilities:Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
