They offer the most comprehensive range of thermal management solutions in the market.


  • Conduct monthly calibrations on furnace controllers and perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing process data from vacuum brazing, heat treating, and aging furnaces.
  • Collaborate with engineers to draft procedures and reports.
  • Build and assemble fixtures for various applications (e.g., core stacking, vacuum brazing, pressure testing).
  • Fabricate specialized tooling as needed.
  • Provide general support to the factory operations.

General Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using standard hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience in assembling process fixtures.
  • Competence in using a personal computer (e.g., MS Word, Excel, data logging).

Maintain Laboratory Equipment and Instrumentation:

  • Calibrate temperature controllers, thermocouples, and related equipment.
  • Advise on the acquisition or replacement of instrumentation.

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma, Associate’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent related job experience.
