We offer a variety of services including personal training, small group training, aerobics classes, and the "Get Your Fit Together" Challenge, the biggest fitness challenge in Pierce County. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive community for all members.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales, communicating with potential and existing members, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The Membership Consultant will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the fitness center.


Qualifications


  • Experience in membership sales and customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively promote and sell memberships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fitness or health-related industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment and programs is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
