This role requires you to proactively develop and maintain client relationships while ensuring expected service levels are achieved through exceptional quality of service delivery. You'll actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.What your day-to-day will look like:* Actively support environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success* Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized office environment* Respond to all work orders in timely manner while ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service* Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for enhanced performance* Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained* Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, minor works, and other work requests while tracking to completion* Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for excellent coordination and execution* Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required while minimizing disruption* Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, and conference facilities as required* Deliver exceptional quality of service as reflected by client feedback and satisfaction metrics* Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through responsive communication and service deliveryJLL Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
