We’re looking to grow our team and have an open position for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our rapidly growing team In this role, you will develop and grow our automation and cybersecurity certification business. What You’re Good At

As a QA Assurance Engineer at exida, you will be implementing new automation scripts, DevOps practices, and manual software testing for desktop and web applications. You will develop automation scripts and contribute to the CI/CD pipeline while collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The role requires a clear understanding of our products, adherence to acceptance criteria, collaboration across various facets, including development and product management teams, and commitment to upholding product integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using advanced frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, etc...
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, structured test plans and test cases.
  • Integrate automated tests into the build process and ensure continuous integration.
  • Conduct thorough regression, functional, and performance tests to detect and report software defects and ensure product stability.
  • Work with manual QA to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for automated test failures.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand complex requirements and design robust test cases.


Desired Competencies

  • Experience in JavaScript, Typescript
  • Experience writing and executing test cases
  • Strong working experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, Swagger, Playwright, etc.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with a quick learning ability, diligence, and strong team collaboration.


Desired Education/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with automation focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant work experience.
