divh2Operational Readiness Specialist I/h2pThe Operational Readiness Specialist I supports Joint Task Force leadership by maintaining operational preparedness, managing key documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and accountability of essential records. This role enhances readiness across the Command by maintaining rosters, supporting leadership through administrative processes, and providing operational continuity across multiple functions./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliOperational Readiness/liliManage and maintain alert and manning rosters./liliCoordinate with staff and Command leadership to ensure maximum personnel readiness./liliIdentify and flag operational readiness gaps and propose corrective actions./li/ulpDocument Records Management/pulliMaintain accountability of critical documents and records, including performance and recognition reports./liliPerform document control, version tracking, and proper archival of Command documentation./liliEnsure compliance with Command documentation standards and retention policies./li/ulpAdministrative Support Functions/pulliProvide administrative and document management support to Joint Task Force leadership./liliSupport space and resource management across Command areas./liliCoordinate requirements for supplies, including ordering, delivery, and distribution./liliPrepare meeting materials, talking points, documents, and communications for Command-level engagements./liliProvide communications and facilitation support during leadership meetings./li/ulpOperational Integration/pulliAssist in process improvement initiatives to enhance Command readiness./liliSupport the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to document control, readiness, and resource management./liliEnsure consistent information flow and dissemination between leadership and staff./li/ulpMinimum Education Experience/pulliBachelors Degree OR Two (2) years of position-specific relevant experience/li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliStrong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities/liliExperience working in fast-paced or operational environments/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/liliAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality/liliAttention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team/liliFamiliarity with document control practices or military/DoD documentation standards (preferred but not required)/li/ul/div
