$10,000 Sign On Bonus All Shifts Available, Full Time and Part Time Available Must hold current license to practice as an RN or LPN.

Job Description for LPN

Pay: Starting at $31 / hour + $2 Weekend Shift Differential

All Shifts Available for Full and Part Time

8 Hour Shifts

60 Bed Facility

LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current RN/LPN License

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
