Manufacturing Finance Leader - WestThe Manufacturing Finance Leader - West will oversee financial controls, processes, and analysis across 10 production sites within the company's West manufacturing footprint. Serving as a strategic partner to the West Operations Leader, this role drives manufacturing finance effectiveness through robust forecasting, planning, and cost optimization, while providing insight and guidance on key strategic projects and investments. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities include:Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professionals to ensure that the financial operations activities meet established targets and standardsLead the financial reporting and communication of business results, including identifying business and macroeconomic driversLead a global finance team that provides valuable financial guidance and analysis to the Manufacturing Leadership teamBusiness partner to deliver on the Growth, Working Capital, Profitability, and maximize Cost Variability in all businesses at MPM.Owns overall process rigor to drive execution of key financial metricsEnsure consistency and visibility to identify opportunities for operational excellenceDrive productivity benefits for the company, focusing on plant costs, efficiencies, and loading of assetsBe visible and a strong voice around safety and compliance across all sitesDrive rigor on CAPEX investments and stated benefits supporting regular rhythms on "Say/Do"Develop and maintain robust, consistent, and compliant financial processesEngage with the Finance leadership team to develop, analyze, and deliver annual 5 Year modelsProvide strategic input and recommendations around transformation opportunitiesLead global aligned data improvement and accuracy while ensuring alignment with Digital strategies, including M-ERP, MES, and other digital toolsEnsure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and internal Momentive financial policies.Financial Ownership of the Following:10 manufacturing sites between the Americas & Europe~$400MM of incurred costs~$100MM of annual logistics spend~$60MM of CAPEX spend annually (Ops + Growth)This role will require global travel of up to 20%.Qualifications:10+ years of progressive finance experienceCritical thinking and strategic mindsetStrong Influencing and leadership skillsPresentation Skills (Oral and Written / PPT)Experience working in a global environmentPrior roles leading, mentoring, and guiding global teamsAbility to work with a multicultural team in different time zonesBA/BS degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceThe following are preferred for the role:Advanced degrees, certification, or equivalent trainingExperience in SAPBase Pay Range: $128,000 - $187,550. The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
